Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our website and services, regardless of ability. This page explains where we're at and how to get help if something isn't working for you.
What we're aiming for
We're working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is the widely accepted standard for web accessibility and aligns with expectations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML throughout the site
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios for text
- Keyboard navigable interface
- Descriptive link text and form labels
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes
- No content that relies solely on colour to convey information
Known limitations
We're a new company and our site is evolving. Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, particularly:
- Some interactive dashboard elements in the customer portal
- Certain animated components may not respect reduced-motion preferences yet
We're actively working on these.
Alternative formats
If you need any of our information in an alternative format such as large print, plain text, or anything else, just ask. We'll sort it out.
